Payment for our services
The brokerage commission for our operation of getting in contact, with the exception of special requests, is due by the seller, except special agreement.
Our fee is based on a percentage of the price of the deal which will be indicated with our offer, according to your request.
Proposition of sale of a group
The registration of an offer remains free and free of filing charge, except special demand requiring advertising expenses.
